With this service You have acces, On the basis of Company Courts registered data, to, officialy provided, public information on company registered or being under registration in Hungary. There are 19 County Courts and a Capital Court in the system.

The County Courts are connected through a wide area network. Every company belongs to one of these courts, and the official data are stored there. We are conected on-line to this network, in this way data coming from the system is always up-to-date. Information obtained is always identical with data available at the County Courts.

Dictionary of the most important expression

Registration number

The registration number is a unique identifier of a company. The registration number that appear in BS-CF-NNNNNN format consists of three easy-to-distinguish sections:

1. BS Two-digit identification number of the registry court. An identification number is assigned to each court.

2. CF Two-digit reference number indicating the type of business. An identification number is assigned to each business types.

3. NNNNNN is a six-digit identification number assigned by the court.

A Company Review is an official certificate of the entries that are recorded or deleted under headings No. 1., 2., 5., 16., 27., 28., 29., and 30. of the trade register, and of the received applications for recording entries under specific headings on which judgement have not been passed yet.

The Extract of public company information is an official certificate of the data shown in the headings of the trade register on the given date.

The Copy of public company information is an official certificate of the data and the deletions that are currently recorded in the headings of the trade register.
