Headings

Headings consist of numbered subheadings of the same type which follow the changes in the data stored in the heading in question.

The decree No. 13/1989 (XII.16) IM of the Minister of Justice on the company registration and the trade register, amended on several occasions, defined the scope of data for each type of business to be recorded by the Registry Courts, and ordered the Metropolitan and County Courts to maintain the Trade Registers in a computer system.

According the to ministerial decree, the headings and the data sequences stored in the headings are grouped into two categories:

Effective dates linked to the headings serve for keeping up with the changes in the data sequences.

For example, the effective date Hat.:1991/07/07 - ... indicates the the data sequence in the heading became effective on the 7th of July, 1991 and is currently in effect.

The effective date Hat.:1992/12/05 - 1994/02/12 shows that the data sequence in this heading became effective on the 5th of December, 1992 and was deleted on the 12th of February, 1994.

Already submitted registration applications and notifications on changes that have not been judged yet are also freely available to the public. The Status indicator Áll.:linked to the heading shows the current status of the court proceedings related to the judgement of the application and how this affects the data seqence of the heading.
